Setting the Stage
eBEER™ HQ, aka Grünthal Brew, located in the Adelaide Hills was the perfect backdrop for the eBEER™ launch event, to announce the evolution of beer. As the clock struck 6:30 PM, the doors swung open, and guests began to arrive, walking down the blue carpet while flashing cameras captured their every move, giving each guest the perfect enhanced experience. The atmosphere crackled with anticipation as VIPs including hosts Sheree and Saul Sullivan, the charismatic MC Sam Mac, special guest Taylor Walker, and global eBEER™ ambassador Jake Jones made their entrance.
A Couple with a Vision
The stars of the evening, Sheree and Saul Sullivan, took centre stage to share their inspiring journey. Dedication and innovation are embedded in the DNA of Sheree and Saul. Their unwavering pursuit of taste perfection and an insatiable appetite for pioneering the market are the forces that drive them. With two decades of thriving success at the helm of Udder Delights, they shifted their entrepreneurial focus to creating a world-first for beer.
eBEER™: An Evolution in Brewing
The heart and soul of eBEER™ is its groundbreaking eBrewing process, a beer that promises a full flavour experience without compromising on lower carbs or electrolytes. Traditional brewing methods grapple with water’s surface barrier, limiting the full absorption of natural ingredients. Modern brewers resort to additives in an attempt to soften the water, but they fall short of enhancing its capacity to soak up the organic acids responsible for beer’s aroma and flavour.
Guests were amongst the first to try the final eBEER™ brew, and the resounding verdict was a thunderous chorus of approval, echoing through the night. This was the culmination of an audacious journey, where eBrewing, an unparalleled innovation, defied norms and the art of brewing to new heights. The underground realm of beer had been awakened.
The Unveiling Moment
As the clock struck 8:30PM, the crowd’s anticipation reached its peak with the stage set for an electrifying experience, MC Sam Mac took the reins, introducing the special guests of the evening, none other than AFL legend Taylor “Tex” Walker, and professional drift racer / global eBEER™ ambassador, Jake Jones.
The highlight of the night, however, was the countdown to the first taste of eBEER™. MC Sam Mac led the crowd in a synchronised countdown, and as the clock struck 9:00 PM, the cans, perfectly chilled and ready for action, were cracked open, and the collective cheer of "Cheers to that!" resonated through the venue. A spectacular light show accompanied the launch, making it an unforgettable moment.

DJ Minx took the stage, and the dance floor opened as the night continued with the after party, brewed with the full flavourful experience which compromised nothing. The celebration was a true testament to years of dedication and hard work, culminating in the introduction of eBEER™.
