Adelaide Hills couple Saul and Sheree Sullivan were cheese makers for more than 35 combined years at Udder Delights and turned their hands to a new fermentation in early 2022, brewing beer and cider at their microbrewery and hospitality venue Grünthal Brew. eBEER™ is the latest creation in their chain of entrepreneurial endeavours.

Yes, the eBrewing technology has been verified in scientific tests conducted at an accredited research institute. These show an increased absorption rate of polyphenols – including flavonoids responsible for the colour, fragrance, haze formation and flavour characteristics – resulting in the enhanced flavour of eBEER™ when compared with other leading low carb beers in the market.

The tests further show that the eBrewing technology enhances the flavour profile of the beer by 18%.

The Sullivans have always been driven by perfection and innovation, with flavour and first-to-market being non-negotiable in everything they do.

Preferring lower carb beers due to the lower calories, Saul had become bored by the blandness of low-carb beer options on the market and didn’t enjoy the light options in other alcohol categories like Seltzers.

Saul was at the gym and had an epiphany while taking a bathroom break between sets! He was listening to a commercial that spoke about superior tyres being manufactured specifically for e-vehicles. The light bulb turned on and Saul set about discovering how e-technology could be used to revolutionise the beer making process to ensure that flavour wasn’t lost when carbs were lowered.

What followed were countless hours of research and product testing in a quest to create the perfect beer. The Sullivans unearthed the e-brewing process and invented the global first eBEER™.

We will be rolling out to more liquor stores around the country in the coming months, and you may even see it on tap at your favourite local.

Shipping is Flat fee of $10 across Australia for all cases.

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. We are unable to hold orders for delivery on a specific date.
