How does it work?

Our eBrewing tech harnesses a trade secret electrified source of power, modulated by pulse resonance frequencies, resulting in:

1. Enhanced Brewing

By disrupting the magnetic network structure of water ions in the wort it is transformed into a molecular super sponge, allowing for maximum absorption of the malts and hops.

2. Enhanced Fermentation

By augmenting yeast cell activity, we super charge their biological capability allowing them unhindered access to the full spectrum of nutrients. eBrewing produces a groundbreaking increase in desirable flavours, and a significant reduction in undesirable flavours that are often created by yeast stress during the ferment.

A Doctor of molecular ecology and Microbiology works in conjunction with a renowned Research Institute for the purpose of testing and validation of eBrewing technology and its associated enhancements within eBEER.

One of our early tests showed the eBrewing process caused an increased absorption rate of polyphenols – including flavonoids responsible for the colour, fragrance, haze formation and flavour characteristics – resulting in the enhanced flavour of eBEER™ when compared with other leading low carb beers in the market.

The tests further show that eBrewing technology enhances the flavour profile of the beer by 18%.
