Terms Of Service
By using/purchasing from eBEER you agree to the following terms and conditions and those outlined on adjoining pages. eBEER may update and modify these T&Cs at any time without notice. For any questions or queries please contact us.
Purchases
- Persons under the age of 18 are prohibited from purchasing alcohol. By purchasing from eBEER you state that you are 18 years or older.
- For photographic purposes we may have used props in photographs. Images are used for illustrative purposes. Colour discrepancies / variations may occur from time to time because of suppliers modifying their products and/or packaging.
- All products are packaged with care and safety to avoid damage. If a damaged product is received, please view our refund and returns policy.
- Cancellations of orders must be done within 24 hours of purchase. All cancellations will receive a credit note by means of online store credit. If the purchase has already left our premises we are unable to accept cancellation of the order.
- On rare occasions we may be out of stock. Where this occurs, we will contact you to discuss options; i.e. being provided with a refund or waiting until additional stock arrives prior to dispatching your order. Should we be unable to reach you for a period of 7 days we will refund the out of stock item.
Delivery
- Please enter all delivery details carefully. Inaccurate or misspelt delivery information often results in delays or non-delivery of cases. If a case is returned to eBEER as a result of incorrect delivery address, failure of the recipient to pick the parcel up from the local post office or courier depot or delivery refusal an email will be sent to the purchaser notifying them of the returned parcel. The purchaser will then have 30 days to organise redelivery. If redelivery is requested the delivery charges and a $10 processing and admin fee will also be charged. If no response is received by eBEER within the 30 days from the date the notification email was sent the parcel will be deemed forfeited.
- By default our delivery instructions are for the parcel to be signed for on delivery, unless otherwise requested. All parcels must be signed by a person aged 18 years or older. If no one is available to sign, a notice card will be left in the recipient’s mailbox indicating that the parcel is at the local post office for collection or with one of our other courier partners.
- We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place. This includes loss or damage resulting from delivery to unattended addresses whereby the sender has opted to have the case left at front/back door or other location if no one is home. Requesting to have orders left at an unattended premises is at the purchasers own risk.
- If a refund is requested for a non-deliverable parcel (due to not being picked up from the post office or refusal by the recipient) a $10 processing fee will be charged.
- Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been made.

- We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
- All prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 10%.

- This is an Australian website. Our store is hosted by Shopify In. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
- The accuracy of all information contained on this website is, to the knowledge of eBEER accurate and up to date. eBEER is not liable for inaccuracies of information contained in this website.
- The contents of this web site are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. eBEER, its directors and employees, don’t give or make any representation or warranty as to the completeness, accuracy or reliability of the contents of this Web Site nor do they accept any responsibility arising in any way (including from negligence) for errors in, or omissions from, the contents of this Web Site.
- Material on this website is the property of eBEER and subject to copyright under Australian law and, under international treaties, the lays of many other countries. It cannot be copied or duplicated for personal, commercial or public use.
- The website also includes registered and unregistered trade marks, including but not limited to the wordmark ‘eBEER enhanced’ which is owned by eBEER Pty Ltd.
- Precautions are taken to ensure that www.ebeer.co and data transmissions are free from viruses. However, it is your responsibility to scan any such data for viruses.
User Comments, Feedback and Other Submissions
- If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.
- We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.
Gift Cards
- All gift vouchers/certificates sold on the eBEER website are valid for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise. Vouchers are limited to one use per person per purchase. Only one voucher may be redeemed at any one time. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are not valid with any other promotional offer or voucher.
- eBEER cannot be held liable for the loss or theft of a gift voucher once it has been sent to the purchaser.
- If you would like a gift card sent to the recipient of an order but did not mention this during the order process, simply reply to your order confirmation email stating you would like a gift card included with the order and any message you would like included.
Shipping Information
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. We are unable to hold orders for delivery on a specific date.

We use Australia Post as our main courier partner. Average delivery times for parcels from time of dispatch (orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of the order being placed) are below:
- Sydney / ACT : 1 - 2 business days
- NSW other than Sydney: 2 - 3 business days
- Melbourne: 2 - 3 business days
- VIC other than Melbourne: 2 - 3 business days
- South East QLD: 2 - 3 business days
- QLD other than South East: 2 - 4 business days
- Adelaide: 2 - 3 business days
- SA other than Adelaide: 3 - 4 business days
- Perth: 4 - 6 business days
- WA other than Perth: 5 - 7 business days
Proof of Age Verification
As a part of our commitment to the responsible service of alcohol, we enforce the checking of proof of age identification. We take the responsible service of alcohol very seriously and want to make absolutely sure that we only sell alcohol to people of the proper legal age (18+). To be on the safe side I.D. is required if you look under 25. Please don't take offence if we ask you for I.D. Think of it more as a compliment because you look under 25.

We are proud to offer flat rate shipping Australia wide at $10 per case and free freight for orders over $100.
Shipping Information
Please note, we do not currently ship outside of Australia. International purchasers must list a valid Australian address.
If the order is being sent to a non-residential address, please ensure the business/company name is included in the address details under the text field "company".
All parcels can be tracked and by default we request they be signed for, i.e. not just left at the premises unattended. However, we do offer customers the option to state specific delivery instructions, e.g. leave behind side gate etc. If you chose to indicate delivery instructions to leave the parcel unattended on premises we accept no responsibility if parcels go missing once they have been delivered. By providing instructions to leave the parcel without signature customers accept the risks associated with this.
If the premises is unattended during a delivery which requires a signature a notice will be placed in your post box and the parcel will be available for pick up at the nearest Australia Post outlet.
Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday, however we are unable to give a guaranteed time of delivery. No deliveries are made on public holidays or weekends.
Should a re-delivery be required as a result of incorrect delivery address provided, parcel refusal by the recipient or the parcel not having been picked from the local Post Office a redelivery fee will be charged as well as a $10 processing and transaction fee.
Orders are dispatched once processed. We are unable to hold orders for delivery on a specific day.
Deliveries to rural areas may only allow for a Road Side Delivery, i.e. larger properties with longer driveways where Australia Post will not deliver to the door of the premises. If the Road Side Delivery does not allow for larger parcels (e.g. only a small letter box is available) then the parcel will be taken to the nearest post office where it can be collected.

For limited time only offers, a minimum spend of $15 must be met to receive free shipping.

Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged in transit please contact us immediately on info@ebeer.co
Depending on the order and extent of damage to the goods we will be able to provide you with a credit or replacement. This is at the sole discretion of eBEER and does not include slightly damaged labels (e.g. slight tear or fold) or minor dents to cans.
